Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

These Terms govern use of the vyBeam Ads, a service of vyBeam LLC advertising platform at ads.vybeam.com (the "Service"), which sells video advertising impressions on vybeam.com.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate company and contact information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per organization.

2. Prepaid balances

The Service is prepaid. You add funds to an account balance by card; impressions served for your campaigns are deducted from that balance at your campaign's CPM rate (cost per 1,000 impressions). Balances are not interest-bearing and are not a deposit account. Unspent balances remain available to your account and are refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Campaigns and billing

You are charged only for impressions actually served. Reported impressions, clicks, and spend in your dashboard are the billing system of record. You may pause campaigns at any time; pausing stops new impressions but does not reverse spend already incurred.

4. Ad content policy

Ads must comply with applicable law and must not contain or link to: illegal products or services; deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims; malware or deceptive software; adult sexual content; content that harasses or incites hatred or violence; or ads targeting minors with age-restricted products. We may reject, pause, or remove any ad at our sole discretion, and suspend accounts for violations. Spend incurred before removal remains payable; balances on accounts suspended for policy violations are handled per the Refund Policy.

5. Advertiser representations

You represent that you hold all rights to your ad creatives and landing pages, and that your ads comply with these Terms and applicable law, including advertising disclosure requirements applicable to your business.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any minimum impression volume, audience size, or campaign performance. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vyBeam Ads, a service of vyBeam LLC's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid into your account balance in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, active campaigns stop and any unspent balance is refunded per the Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the email on your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
